Kim Jong-il’s passing has raised just about a million and a half questions. Who will succeed him? What will geopolitics in the region look like? Is he really dead? Most important though, is the one bouncing back and forth around the blogosphere: who will do the looking!? I refer, of course, to the infamous blog, Kim Jong-il Looking at Things. The blog notes on its site that it will stay up and running … as long as pictures are available. But if Dear Leader is no longer around to do the looking, I fear that this endeavor of epic-ness will soon come to a close. But wait! Luckily, we have a great new candidate, the one and only Kim Jong-un. He can do the looking, and then we can do the looking … and lauging.
